Innodisk M.2 (S42) 3TEA is an industrial-grade SATA III 6.0 Gb/s SSD that delivers reliable high-IOPS performance and long-term operational stability. Built with 218-layer 3D TLC Flash and advanced controllers, the 3TEA series integrates LDPC error correction technology alongside NAND management features such as wear-leveling, garbage collection, block management, and ATA Security to ensure consistent reliability even under demanding workloads.
iData Guard – DATA PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY
iData Guard enables the immediate sending of a command in the event of a sudden power failure, interrupting read and write commands from the system and ensuring that the last command can be completed. This preserves data integrity on the SSD, protecting data security.
iPower Guard – POWER PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY
iPower Guard is a proactive protection mechanism designed for environments with unstable power supplies. It provides further protection for SSDs during both startup and shutdown, preventing system performance issues caused by power instability.
