Innodisk M.2 (P80) 3TE9 is an industrial NVMe DRAM-less SSD. It supports PCIe Gen 3 x4, providing excellent and sustained performance. Leveraging advanced 218-layer 3D TLC NAND, the 3TE9 achieves higher bit density, enabling sequential read/write speeds of up to 3,500/3,050 MB/s while maintaining low power consumption.
Innodisk M.2 (P80) 3TE9 integrates Error Correction Code (ECC) technology and a built-in AES controller engine to ensure data integrity and security. Supported by End-to-End Data Path Protection (ETEP), data is encrypted before being stored in NAND Flash, ensuring secure transmission and storage while preventing unauthorized access.
AES 256-bit DATA ENCRYPTION & TCG Opal 2.0 SUPPORT
Innodisk SSDs utilize AES 256-bit encryption, the US government’s standard for securing confidential data, while also supporting TCG Opal 2.0 for enhanced device management and user-friendly authentication.
218-layer 3D TLC NAND Flash Technology
Leveraging the latest 218-layer 3D TLC technology, Innodisk M.2 3TE9 SSD achieves higher bit density, enabling not only greater storage capacity but also faster sequential read/write speeds of up to 3,500/3,050 MB/s while maintaining excellent power efficiency. This architecture is well suited for high-speed PCIe products as well as next-generation AI, data center, and enterprise applications.
iData Guard – DATA PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY
iData Guard enables the immediate sending of a command in the event of a sudden power failure, interrupting read and write commands from the system and ensuring that the last command can be completed. This preserves data integrity on the SSD, protecting data security.
iPower Guard – POWER PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY
iPower Guard is a proactive protection mechanism designed for environments with unstable power supplies. It provides further protection for SSDs during both startup and shutdown, preventing system performance issues caused by power instability.
