DDR5 WT (wide temperature) ECC UDIMM offers the industry's fastest memory speed with 4,800MT/s, 5,600MT/s - the perfect fit for any in-vehicle, surveillance, automation and embedded application.

The modules come equipped with 30μ”Gold Fingers, and another significant structural change is dual-channel DIMM architecture. For DDR5, each DIMM has two 36-bit channels (32 data bits plus using 4 ECC data bits). Two independent subchannels improve memory access efficiency, leading to greater speeds with higher efficiency.

The modules comply with all relevant JEDEC standards, can operate in temperatures (TC) from -40ºC to 95ºC, and are available in 16GB, and 32GB capacities.
