Innodisk M.2 (P80) 3IE8 is a NVM Express DRAM-less SSD designed with PCIe interface and industrial 3D TLC NAND Flash. M.2 (P80) 3IE8 supports PCIe Gen 3 x4 and it is compliant with NVMe 1.4, providing excellent top and also sustained performance. Equipped with Error Correction Code (ECC) technology, it provides comprehensive End-to-End Data Path Protection (ETEP), ensuring secure data transmission between the host system and NAND Flash.

Innodisk M.2 (P80) 3IE8 is designed with AES engine, which is a built-in controller. When controller receives the data package from host, AES engine encrypts the data package and saves the encrypted data into NAND Flash. Thus, unauthorized personal has no access to decrypt the data in NAND Flash.

The M.2 (P80) 3IE8, featuring BiCS5 112-layer 3D TLC NAND Flash and Innodisk's exclusive Ultra iSLC Technology, achieves an industry-leading 100K P/E cycle. This advancement extends the device lifespan by 33 times compared to conventional 3D TLC NAND Flash.

The M.2 (P80) 3IE8 supports a wide temperature range from -40°C to 85°C and incorporates a Dynamic Thermal Throttling mechanism for real-time SSD monitoring. When the temperature reaches a critical threshold, it automatically issues commands to smoothly reduce read and write speeds, maintaining operational stability.
