The M.2 (P42) 4TE2 4TB is a DRAM-less NVMe SSD featuring a PCIe Gen 3 x4 interface and 3D TLC NAND Flash. Compliant with the NVMe 1.4 protocol, it delivers exceptional performance and high reliability. Equipped with Error Correction Code (ECC) technology, it provides comprehensive End-to-End Data Path Protection (ETEP), ensuring secure data transmission between the host system and NAND Flash.
ENSURING STABILITY IN EXTREME ENVIRONMENTS
The M.2 (P42) 4TE2 4TB supports a wide temperature range from -40°C to 85°C and incorporates a Dynamic Thermal Throttling mechanism for real-time SSD monitoring. When the temperature reaches a critical threshold, it automatically issues commands to smoothly reduce read and write speeds, maintaining operational stability.
AES 256-bit DATA ENCRYPTION & TCG Opal 2.0 SUPPORT
Innodisk SSDs utilize AES 256-bit encryption, the US government’s standard for securing confidential data, while also supporting TCG Opal 2.0 for enhanced device management and user-friendly authentication.
iData Guard – DATA PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY
iData Guard enables the immediate sending of a command in the event of a sudden power failure, interrupting read and write commands from the system and ensuring that the last command can be completed. This preserves data integrity on the SSD, protecting data security.
iPower Guard – POWER PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY
