The DDR5 Ultra Temperature UDIMM offers a special design with 4800MT/s memory speed. To overcome the thermal challenges in surveillance, in-vehicle, automation, and embedded applications, the modules can operate in temperatures ranging from -40°C ~ 105°C, enduring heat generated by engines, making it the only DDR5 DRAM module capable of operating above 100°C.

Sulfur is pervasive in many industries. When silver alloys in the DRAM chip encounters sulfur gasses a corrosion reaction occurs. This sulfuration causes lower conductivity and can quickly lead to product failure. To avoid this, Innodisk adds a protective layer above the vulnerable parts to safeguard the silver alloys.
