The Innodisk U.2 SSD 4TS2-P is an NVMe SSD in the standard U.2 (SFF-8639) form factor, featuring a PCIe Gen 4 x4 interface and 3D TLC NAND Flash. Equipped with Error Correction Code (ECC) technology, it provides comprehensive End-to-End Data Path Protection (ETEP), ensuring secure data transmission between the host system and NAND Flash.
With ultra-fast speeds, high IOPS, and up to 3.84TB capacity, the U.2 SSD 4TS2-P is ideal for servers and data-intensive applications.
ENSURING OPERATIONAL STABILITY
The U.2 SSD 4TS2-P is specifically engineered for edge servers. It incorporates a Dynamic Thermal Throttling mechanism that provides real-time SSD monitoring. When the temperature reaches a critical threshold, the system automatically issues commands to smoothly reduce read and write speeds, ensuring operational stability.
