Innodisk’s heat spreader boasts a specially designed structure that leverages thermal interface material (TIM) and optimized fin layouts. This advanced approach efficiently distributes heat across the entire surface to achieve optimal cooling performance.

Efficient Heat Dissipation
In airflow systems running at 55°C, our heat spreader reduces the temperature by 5°C. This results in cooler operation, effectively helping systems to withstand harsh and high-temperature environments.

Innodisk’s heat spreaders are crafted from aluminum alloy and undergo rigorous testing to ensure reliability. They pass both vibration testing (compliant with EIA 364-28 VII) and shock testing (compliant with IEC 60068-2-27), guaranteeing exceptional durability even in demanding environments.
