M.2 (S80) 3MV2-P products provide high capacity Flash memory Solid State Drive (SSD) that electrically complies with Serial ATA (SATA) standard. It supports SATA III standard (6.0GHz) with high performance and supports several features, including RECLine, iData Guard, PLP (iCell), quick erase, thermal sensor, and S.M.A.R.T.

iData Guard – DATA PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY
iData Guard enables the immediate sending of a command in the event of a sudden power failure, interrupting read and write commands from the system and ensuring that the last command can be completed. This preserves data integrity on the SSD, protecting data security.
Garbage Collection and TRIM Technologies – OPTIMIZING SSD PERFORMANCE
Garbage Collection is a process where data that is still in use is copied to a new block, and the old block is then cleared of all data. With TRIM technology, the number of operations required for Garbage Collection is minimized, reducing unnecessary wear on the SSD and enhancing its longevity.
