What should I do if the device is not recognized?

You can perform some preliminary checks, such as checking the connections (including hardware connections, trying different ports or cables), checking the BIOS/UEFI settings, testing the device on another system, or performing a cold reboot. If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact Innodisk for technical support.
