DDR5 Ultra-temperature SODIMM offers a compact design with 4800MT/s memory speed - the perfect fit for any in-vehicle, surveillance, automation and embedded application. The modules comply with all relevant JEDEC standards, can operate in temperatures from -40ºC to 105ºC.

Extreme temperatures and constant thermal cycling might cause damage and severely reduce DRAM product lifespan. To overcome this challenge, DDR5 Ultra Temperature SODIMM can operate under -40°C to 105°C and endure heat generated by the engine. This is the only DDR5 DRAM module that can operate over 100°C. Furthermore, this product has passed anti-sulfuration test and high temperature / high humidity test, with 45µ” gold finger and Side fill technology to provide better data stability and strengthen the connection between IC and PCB.

The modules from innodisk comply with all relevant JEDEC standards and are available in 8GB, 16GB and 32GB capacities, as 4800MT/s.
